so these iBasis SIM cards do not work with the asset tracker at the current time, correct?

NETWORK COVERAGE | iBASIS shows Iseral has limited coverage of the LTE-M network. Have you changed your testing location? Otherwise, I expect to see the reply from iBasis before further action.

1) about a month ago, shouldn't be any problem with data

2) 7 sims

I have contacted iBasis and still waiting for their answer, with other sim provider same application work perfect so it might be on their end.

Cause #34 – Service option temporarily out of order

Cause #33 – Requested service option not subscribed

Cause #27 – Missing or unknown APN

Cause #19 – ESM failure

Cause #17 – Network failure

Cause #15 – No suitable cells in tracking area

Ok, that is weird.

1)How long time ago did you test with the asset tracker v2? Is there still Data Remaining for your SIM card?

2)How many iBasis SIM cards you have tested with?

1. I even left it over the night and still nothing

2. I know it should be automatic but it doesn't work, iBasis told me to use APN globaldata.iot and that what I did with not success

Any other thoughts?

Hi Ofir_A,

1)For the iBasis sim card test, how long time have you been waiting, it may take several minutes for the device to get registered.

2)Your device should be able to automatically obtain the cellular network access point name (APN) from iBasis network. If not, you should use iBASIS.iot.

AT+CGDCONT: 0,"IP","ibasis.iot"
