But measuring distance doesn't improve. Maybe I should replace my antenna?

1. Yes. when you insert the SWF connector, you will break the connection to the PCB antenna and route the signal to the cable.

2. If you have access to a spectrum analyzer, you can measure the TX power on the antenna port. Else, you will see that the range drops if you disconnect the antenna.
