I had a conflict in some other code with the timers, so did a cleanup. Now, the core of the PWM library uses Timers 0 and 1. Timer 2 is for micro ESB. I get radio problems, but I do not believe they are timer related at this point.

Hello Stefan, thanks for the reply. I am using the PWM libary currently, just defaulted to 4. Unfortunately, I'll need 4. We use the RTC for a low frequency (1 msec) counter currently, but might be able to change that. I'll look a little harder at the PWM libary and this option and get back to you...

Best effort is to create 3xPWMs with a single timer peripheral, as done in the PWM library on Nordic's Github. What is your required frequency for the PWM? Could you use the 32kHz RTC timer instead?
