Hello,

Without using nRFConnect for desktop Programmer
I connected the DK board via USB and it looked like mass storage, so it seems that I could write it by copying HEX to the DK board with Drug & Drop.

Then follow the nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE user Guide
After proceeding, I was able to confirm the Advertising Packet with Wireshark.

I don't recognize so I have to ask the developers about it. Are you able to program it with nrfjprog in the meantime?
