Sorry I didn't get you well. You are using nRF5 SDK just as a reference and trying with NCS 1.9.1 samples? Is that right?

Your installed packages look good but from the screenshot you shared it seems you are trying with ble_app_xboat_pca10056s140 which doesn't come with NCS. Will be good if you try one of the NCS samples and get back .

Hello Abhijith,

I am using the SDK17.02 as a reference. When I try to build a default example from this SDK this works okay. I followed the procedure from the nRF5 SDK guide, but without success. When I look at my PC I see the following packages installed:

- J-Link V758b
- Segger V5.68(64bit)
- CMSIS 5 CMSIS-CORE Support Package (5.07)
- CMSIS-CORE Support Package(4.05)
- Nordic Semiconductor nRF CPU Support Package(8.44)

Can you please try an example from one of the SDK and see the error is still there. And if you are using both SDKs they don't really mix, I would suggest you to chose one of them. You can look into getting started guide for NCS and nRF5 SDK for trying an example.

I am sorry, we are using SDK 17.02 and nRF connect SDK version 1.9.1
