Thank you very much for the quick response.

I resolve my problem and finally my problem is that i had not change the S140 into S113 in the additionnal file of the "Loader" section (options of the project).

Hi,

Sounds like you have performed the necessary steps already. Maybe it's an issue with the RAM allocation, this will usually cause the program to hardfault on startup. Attached is a "pca10100" configuration I made from the original pca10056 project. Please give it a try it and see if it works for you.
