 I would like to check if it is possible to setup 3 sets of nRF5340 Audio DK as a master with two slaves. 
 Where the master and salves are able to send audio (via mic) in both directions?

&lt;p&gt;Yes, the CIS mode seems more appropriate to what we have in mind&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does monodirectional mean that when i sent audio from the headset MIC to gateway. The data from gateway will be disrupted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;or&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the Monodirectional means data can only be sent from gateway to headset?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do you mean set as&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;the gateway, the left headset, or the right headset as in the &lt;a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.9.99-dev1/nrf/applications/nrf5340_audio/README.html#application-modes"&gt;Connected Isochronous Stream (CIS) mode&lt;/a&gt;? If so,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;CIS is a bidirectional communication protocol, but in&amp;nbsp;the current version of the nRF5340 Audio application, the CIS mode offers only monodirectional communication. See this&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.9.99-dev1/nrf/applications/nrf5340_audio/README.html#application-modes"&gt;Application modes&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;doc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
