Hi,

Added the below configs to ncs\v1.9.1\nrf\samples\bluetooth\peripheral_hr_coded\ and found the the signal is good with FEM and coded. Not sure what is the difference with your project but the feature of FEM+CODED seems to be working just fine with the samples.

Hmm, Interesting, I have not tested this myself so I am not sure why it does not work. I can quickly test it tomorrow to see if there is any other configuration that is missing to make it work with coded phy.
