&lt;p&gt;Added the below configs to&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;ncs\v1.9.1\nrf\samples\bluetooth\peripheral_hr_coded\ and found the the signal is good with FEM and coded. Not sure what is the difference with your project but the feature of FEM+CODED seems to be working just fine with the samples.&lt;/p&gt;
