Hi,

Which version of ncs are you using?

Do you have any changes to the local dts/kconfig options?

Could you share the log output from your end?

Here's the output from ncs v1.9.1 when building zephyr/samples/subsys/fs/littlefs for board nrf9160dk_nrf9160_ns:
