&lt;p&gt;Have you tried force reinstalling nrfutil? (Make sure to backup any required files in the python modules)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It looks like something changed on your computer. Did you update/install a new version of python, etc?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What python version are you using? (what is the output from &amp;quot;python --version&amp;quot;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe something from &lt;a href="https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17373265/pip-easy-install-failure-failed-to-create-process"&gt;this thread&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;may help you resolve the issue?&lt;/p&gt;
