Hello, the same issue here, debug out is not recognized by the rev 3.0.0.

Hello Priyanka,
as I can see in the schematic of version 3.0.0, the signal (EXT_VTG) no longer exists in comparison to version 1.1.0. So no external hardware is recognised. However, I can flash the external hardware via Debug_in. I can't find a more up-to-date user guide than version 1.1.0.
Anyway. I close the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am looking into this. Did you follow this?

Could you make sure whether the supply voltage is detected on the Debug out connectors (P19 or P20)? If so, then it should detect the external board.
