 I understand that the RF Channel is 2.466 GHz (66), however I do not know what Address(es) the ANT+ initially use or whether the preamble may be different?

&lt;p&gt;That is not possible.
You need a ANT device in order to talk to another ANT device.
We currently have the nRF51422 (SoC) and the nRF24AP2 (connectivity, must use external MCU).&lt;/p&gt;
