Is your project also a 802.15.4 project? In that case, check out nrf_802154_tx_power_set in the API:

This is available regardless of the DK/board.

Setting TX output power to the maximum should at any voltage in within the operating supply voltage range, 1.7 V to 5.5 V.

It is often better to create your own case, as each project is unique. You could always link to the cases you find relevant.

Apologies for reviving this old thread, I thought it'd be better than creating a new one (or?).

How do I increase the power output? Is it a feature available only on the DK or is it possible on the NRF52840 Dongle as well? Or do I simply need to provide more input power? (currently it's 2.4V)

Hi Anil,

The range you are describing is quite typical for indoor applications.

Have you tried using the DK and compared the results?

Increasing the output power is one option.
