I am beginner, I have a question , is necessary to put both crystal in circuit configuration?,
in my application i am using nrf_calendar example like a watch, may be i am using the internal crystal oscillator, in the circuit configuration has two

RE: Circuit configuration nrf52840 schematic

Yes,

So as you can see, one crystal is compulsory, while the other one is optional and if precision, timing and power savings are your major concern, I would recommend using both the crystals. But if you are looking for cost savings, then leave out the optional crystal.

thank you for your answer

if I have a two oscillators, is better?, I saw the post and maybe the information is about one crystal oscillator, I want to be sure xd

thanks and regards

As seen from the reference diagram, one external 32MHz is required, but the other one is optional (you can skip this if you wish). You can see the benefits of using an external 32MHz here.

Regards,
