It's not possible to automatically incorporate the changes in file names, but yes, doing it manually along with adapting the CMakeLists to those changes should work.

I deleted the project and re started from scratch and it builds now. But not sure why it didnt fixed without it.

Is that so hard to change file names in VScode / nRF Connect SDK enviornment ? It is simple to change filenames in eclipse

Could you try to remove the build folder and create a new one? Do you get an error still?

Hi Priyanka, i have change the name of the file in the CMakeLists.txt file as well. Still gives error. I also did pristine build.

Hi Deep,

If a source file is moved or renamed then the CMakeLists.txt file will also need to be manually adapted.
