We find the problem in the system, and do some changes and apply them manually. You should have received an email with access now.

Thanks for your quick response. Just tried signing up again after logging out and back into devzone, still no joy 😞

I have also made sure no cookies are blocked on any of your subdomains, just in case.

The email says I need to have an "active/approved DevZone account". What is an "approved account"?

Hi,

Have you followed all the steps described below?

1. You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement.

2. You must be a member of Devzone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license.

3. You must have logged in to the Devzone less than 4 weeks ago.

Sometimes it helps to re-login to your Devzone account before signing up.

Let me know if that doesn’t solve the issue.
