Could you open the Toolchain Manager and select "Open Command Prompt" from the drop down menu for v1.9.1

and then type in "where python"

and then attach the output that you get for this?

In my nrf connect sdk , version 1.9.1 is the latest vesion availble

Have you recently installed the nRF Connect SDK v2.0.0? Are you facing this issue after the v2.0.0 installation?
