&lt;p&gt;I guess the most straightforward 2.4GHz proprietary example would be the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/peripheral/802154_phy_test/README.html"&gt;IEEE 802.15.4 PHY test tool&lt;/a&gt;. You&amp;#39;re also free to check out the &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/samples_other.html"&gt;NCS &lt;/a&gt;and &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/samples/index.html"&gt;Zephyr &lt;/a&gt;samples to see if you find some other samples that suit your use case better.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The peripheral can&amp;#39;t updaate the connection parameters by itself, as the central device will have to &amp;quot;approve&amp;quot; it since its in charge of the connection. It&amp;#39;s part of the BLE spec. that the central device is in charge of connection parameters.&lt;/p&gt;
