How does it look for nRF54H20?

Is it possible to flash/debug it via jlink probes of devkits like nrf5340dk or nrf54l15dk ?

The nRF52 series sue the Arm Cortex M4, while the nRF53 and nRF91 both use newer Arm Cortex M-33.
Our older debugger chips can therefore only program the nRF52 chips.

So the limitation that the nRF52 based development kits can only program the nRF52-series.

An exception is the new version of the nRF52840DK v3.0.0, which should be able to program nRF53-series and nRF91-series.
