is android 7 have problem in bluetooth? we test 2 android 7 device have the same disconnect problem。Android hci logo

Sorry for late response, yes it seems like it is Android side that is not responding anymore and the slave connection times out and starts advertising again.

we find the disconnect in wireshark ,is the android 7 timeout??

2. connection min interval 7.5ms

connection max interval 15ms

slave latency is 0

timeout 1.5s

We need to know more about

which SDK version you are using on your device.
What are the connection parameters you are using

There are some discussions on this forum like this one or the search like this where the disconnect reasons on android 7 were discussed. Check if all the features supported on your device are support on that old Android version.
