Yes, that should be possible, we don't have a example whit that, but starting with the NUS sample and adding config for MCUBoot should do the job.

Thanks. Since I have already uninstalled the app with the problem, I cannot reproduce that problem temporarily. I will capture a log when I encounter this problem next time.

Besides, I also want to know whether NUS can be used together with MCUboot. If so, is there a sample I can refer to?

Difficult to say what is the issue wit out having a sniffer trace of what is going on. Many things could be the reason. If you are able to provide a sniffer trace then it will show what is happening and it is easier to determine where the problem lies.

What about the 2nd problem?(Failed to send data over BLE)

I tried to reinstall the nRF Connect app on my phone and the 2nd problem seems to be solved. But still don't understand why it has anything to do with app.

Hi,

Could it be that you are looking at the wrong terminal?

Check the other COM ports and see if you see anything printed there, might be that you are looking at the RTT log, it wont show the serial data printed.

I found a sample at .../samples/bluetooth/peripheral_uart, which seems to meet my requirements.

But when I do the tests as shown below, I met some problems at step 11~12.

1. I didn't see the text displayed on my "COM listener".

2. Failed to send data from the nrf52840dk to my phone. (PS: sending data from my phone to nrf52840dk is OK)

What caused these problems? Did I miss something?
