Are previous connected PLMNs stored in RAM in the device for comparison or will all PLMN cells be returned because I am not currently connected?

&lt;p&gt;RPLMN is previously registered PLMNs. These are stored in the modem history.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If there&amp;#39;s no neighbors, it behaves as described in the above mentioned document:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;pre class="ui-code" data-mode="text"&gt;If a suitable cell is not found, the modem performs a light search where it continues the search by measuring the radio conditions and makes assumptions on where networks might be deployed. 
If RPLMN is not found based on previous cell history, the modem accepts any found PLMN.&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
