Its reason is the same as https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/83902/part-of-the-hex-regions-are-out-of-the-device-memory-size-from-programmer-v2-2-0/348902, you can just ignore it.

I tested with nRF9160DK HW1.1.0 and can see the LED1 start to blink after programing. Could you check if you have updated to MFW1.3.2 and try nrf9160dk_fw_2022-06-02_880c82db\img_app_bl\debug\nrf9160dk_asset_tracker_v2_debug_nbiot_2022-06-02_880c82db.hex to see if there is anything printout? You can share the log fille by click OPENLOG FILE button at the bottom of Programmer APP.

I truly believe it is not related to LWM2M since it connects to nrfcloud by default on this precompiled firmware. For the lwm2m issue, you can keep monitoring its state on nrfconnect/sdk-nrf: nRF Connect SDK main repository (github.com), we expect to have a more Lwm2m robust solution for Assert Tracker V2 in the next NCS release(around September).
