 I see that there is an option for the HFXO external oscillator, but I do not see any place that lists which pins to connect a crystal to. Is this HFXO (and the LFXO) internal to the device, or are there pins which need a crystal connected?

&lt;p&gt;The nRF9160 &lt;strong&gt;Module&lt;/strong&gt; has both HFXO and LFXO crystals under the hood which are attached to the internal SoC.&amp;nbsp; The SoC has an internal LF RC oscillator.&amp;nbsp; Please review PS v2.1, section 5.4, Clock management that describes the use of both. The LFCLK sources may be switched on the fly.&amp;nbsp;Note that the LTE modem must use the LFXO as the LFCLK source. (PS v2.1, Section 5.4.2).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
