When I conenct nRF51 DK debug IN with j-link, the program nRFgo can detect it. If you look on the Segger J-Link LITE debugger page (<a href="https://www.segger.com/jlink-lite-cortexm.html">https://www.segger.com/jlink-lite-cortexm.html</a>) you&#39;ll see a note in the Features section about &quot;3.3V target interface voltage&quot;.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
