Hmm, then you need a much better antenna in the transmitter end than what you have now I'm afraid.

Yes, I am using this. I chose PHY Coded. Before, the range was very low.

It highly depends on the antenna gain of your transmitter. But I'd be surprised if you can get more than 100 m from a small device. Have you looked into long range? https://blog.nordicsemi.com/getconnected/tested-by-nordic-bluetooth-long-range

Ok, that will never happen with BLE. You must find another way to communicate. UHF, LoRa, etc

Parameters specified for testing in this link are similar to my test. But my antennas are not facing each other. And one of antenna is in ground. The other antenna height about 2 meter. Antenna on the ground, always at the same height. There is a pcb antenna on the ground antenna. There is 2.4GHz 5dBi antenna on the other device. In this instance communication range is about 100 meter but not enough for me.

What range do you need for this?

Since you're using a module, it's limited to what you can in terms of getting better antennas. The size of the device (PCB ground plane) will have a large impact on the antenna gain. Can you tell a bot more how you have implemented this module into your PCB?
