&lt;p&gt;Have you followed the&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;InstallFolder&amp;gt;\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_proximity example properly?&amp;nbsp; From the documentation, you should follow the testing part ((&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.2.0%2Fble_sdk_app_proximity.html"&gt;https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.2.0%2Fble_sdk_app_proximity.html&lt;/a&gt;)) properly specially the bonding part where you have pair 2 devices via &amp;#39;&amp;#39;perform bonding&amp;#39;&amp;#39;. The you have to wait until the bond is established before you continue. Then you have to&amp;nbsp;Observe that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/examples_bsp.html#BSP_INDICATE_CONNECTED"&gt;BSP_INDICATE_CONNECTED&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;state is indicated (on board LED1 is on).&lt;/p&gt;
