Okay, I understand. I don't have too much experience with this, but I'll see if I can get it to work. I guess you're using the USB DFU application as a starting point?

Could you also try to ask the Zephyr community? Maybe on Zephyr Discord, or you can create a GitHub Issue or ask in https://lists.zephyrproject.org/g/devel/topics

but you know that use USB CDC is very slow and my company hope i can upgrade new app via usb dfu by windows10 system

I recommend using mcumgr instead.

Are you updating the device through mcuboot or the application?

If you do it through the application you can check out the smp_svr sample and the DFU Application guide. If you do it through MCUboot, you could check out the DFU MCUboot guide (an old NCS version is used (NCS v1.4.0))
