Sorry for late reply. It is summer time so we have less stuffing now.

I have talked to my team. We do not have any library similar to mcumgr-cli that is stripped down and easy to port to any MCU. You can look at this as a reference implementation and re-implement what you need on your MCU. In the nRF5 SDK, we do not have a ''DFU master'' implementation for microcontrollers, so you have to make yourself if needed.
