Referring to GSMA IoT. Your country supports NB-IoT and currently, Telenor is the only provider offering that. You have to get in touch with Telenor and request a NB-IoT SIM card and then you should be good to go.

Please note that since Nordic Semiconductor does not provide any modem certification in your country you need to talk to Telenor regarding this prior to SoP, in case your products will be commercially used in Pakistan.
