Hi,

There seems to be two separate questions?

First question is how to set up the device with serial memory of the nRF52840, and the other question is related to the nRF5340.

Not quite sure what the issue is.

But, when clicking on the RTT connect you can do Automatic search, if it does not show up then select the correct device. What device have you connected?

And can you pleas stick to English? Devzone is a English forum and we don't have the competence to provide support on all languages.
