I used both methods as you suggested for erasing board and then loaded soft device and checked ble_app_uart.c program.

but still same problem. Board is not advertising.

Hello,

For nRF52 boards using nRF go studio is not a good idea as it is outdated. Can you please try with nRF command line tool or nRF connect for erasing the board.

Follow the steps stated here and try uploading an example from SDK.
