You should be able to open tickets just as usual without accurate location information.<br />The location information is primarily used to put you in contact with your Regional Sales Manager or Field Application Engineers, in case it is needed, and so any city in proximity to Lyon should also be fine.<br /><br />Best regards,<br />Karl</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
