1.VDDH is powered by external power supply, is that ok?
2.VBUS is powered by external power supply, is that ok?
3.Can 32Mhz crystal oscillator be designed

RE: I want to design a general module of nrf5340.
3.Can 32Mhz crystal oscillator be designed in this way?
The 32MHz does not need external decupling caps unless some specific value is needed. The nRF 5340 has internal load caps that can be used. "Optional internal capacitors ranging from 7.0 pF to 20.0 pF in 0.5 pF steps, are provided on pins XC1 and XC2."

https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf5340/chapters/oscillators/doc/oscillators.html?cp=3_0_0_3_11_0_0#concept_internal_caps

You can use external load caps if you want.
2.VBUS is powered by external power supply, is that ok?
VBUS needs to be powered by an external 5 volt supply. " When using the USB peripheral, a 5 V USB supply needs to be provided on the VBUS pin."
1.VDDH is powered by external power supply, is that ok?
Yes this is correct: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf5340/regulators.html?cp=3_0_0_3_6_1#hv

If you want to have a full review of your module schematic and HW layout we can do that. You can create a new (private if you don't want to share it all publicly) Devzone ticket and call it 53 module review and include all the Schematic and HW layout files then we will provide you with feedback.

Regards,
Jonathan
