Thanks for the information; Can the B0 version be used as an alternative replacement to the B1 version as these is available stock for the B0 part.

The nRF9160-SICA-R7 is the older version (B0) of the nrf9160 SiP.. Check here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF9160_PS_v1.2.pdf The B0 version is no longer in production due to some performance issue and has been replaced by the B1 version.. Check here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF9160_PS_v2.1.pdf It is always recommended to use the newer B1 version..
