The debugger on the new version of the DK is different and this isn't really a possibility. I can take a look at the board if you are willing to send it to us?

My Dk's power led keeps on blinking. Is there any chance the interface MCU gets into the bootloader mode?

If that is the case. Kindly, tell me how to bring the MCU to the Application mode?

Hi,

If it doesn't help changing the USB cable, USB port or computer then your board has probably been damaged. Unfortunately, this can happen if the board is exposed to voltages over the maximum specified or handled incorrectly.

Hi there,

Could you show the result when you try to nRF Command Line Tools like this:

You can use VS code and build the blinky example for the nRF5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp, then you go into the build folder and flash the zephyr.hex file with nRF Command Line tools:

I have tested the above. I didn't get anything

While trying to flash the board it shows the device not connected error.

Thank you for the log. I need to ask you to do a couple more things:

Can you try to list the debugger again but without the log option. Like this nrfjprog --ids. Can you then share what is reported by nrfjprog. It should report an error if it's not able to list the debugger.
Can you try to flash the DK with the an example such as the blinky example from vs code. What error does it report? Can you share the full error report?

You can use the VDD header on the DK and measure the voltage directly on it.

Hi,

Can you go through the steps listed here and confirm whether it fixed your issue or not, step 4 and 6 does not apply for the nRF53 so you can omit them.

I have already flashed BLE peripheral UART Sample. That is working fine. I can't be able to flash any other code because the device is not even connected.

Have you modified any of the solder bridges?
What error code do you get if you try to flash the board with the blinky example?
