Tank you for your help but sadly the solution was not in your link.

I found that in opensuse, to create a file in /var/lock directory you have to be in the group named lock. The directory /var/lock is a symbolic link to /run/lock directory.

I have added me in this group, reboot and since that, all work perfectly and I can see the BLE frame in wireshark.

When Wireshark is turned on with the BLE sniffer interface, a locking file is created in /run/lock:

-rw-r--r-- 1 stephane users 10 22 juil. 19:26 LCK..ttyACM0

Could this be a Linux issue? Sometimes there needs to be granted a permission to the comport/tty, serial permission.
