I need to upgrade the bootloader i.e mcuboot . so I decided to use primary immutable bootloader and secondary upgradable bootloader as per below link https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.9.1/nrf/ug_bootloader.html#ug-bootloader

RE: Immutable bootloader

Hi,

If you would like to use NSIB as your primary bootloader, please refer to the bootloader sample which is located in nrf\samples\bootloader. Note that this sample is not intended to be run on its own. Instead, it should be included as a child image in a multi-image build. You could also take a look how to add immutable bootloader.

Best regards,
Dejan

RE: Immutable bootloader

[quote userid="111786" url="~/f/nordic-q-a/90261/immutable-bootloader/378269"]Both nRF Secure Immutable Bootloader (NSIB) and MCUboot can be used as first-stage bootloaders.
okay , but I need to update the bootloader also , ex- if I choose mcuboot , I need to update that also , so this I can't do with mcuboot ryt ? So for that reason I thought of going NSIB as our primary bootloader nd then mcuboot as secondary.. so am looking for reference which can say how to use NSIB in our project . or any sample , example to test that feature.

Regards,
