Thanks, this has helped me a lot, I have managed to cut off the SB40 and successfully measured the power, but now a new problem has arisen. I need help.(+) I cut the SB40 bridge, then the Bluetooth throughput of the NRF5340 drops dramatically. - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com)

Cutting the SB40 is what you need to do.

Schematics found under nRF5340-> Downloads -> Hardware files.

If you do not cut SB40, the current will not go through the PPK, as such:

To cut the SB40, you need to first find the bridge on the DK:

Then cut it using a sharp objecy, so that you can no longer see the small copper thread connecting the half circles:

I think it is the SB40 that is causing the 0 current on the PPK, but I don't know what "cut the PCB track shorting solder bridge SB40" is supposed to do. How should I proceed in the lab?

I have read Prepare the NRF5340DK and for preparing the development board I cannot understand how to do "cut the PCB track shorting solder bridge SB40" ?......I don't know how to operate.

Hi, I watched the tutorial on YouTube (46) Power Profiler Kit and nRF Connect for Desktop - Getting started - YouTube and it doesn't look like it needs to be done this way. I don't understand why it doesn't work on my board.
