Also the same issue. VirusTotal reports detection from 8 vendors for the Toolchain manager 1.1.3 zip from Github.

Our Defender quietly deletes the file and admins are in doubt if it was a real or false positive detection. Looks so that this is a consequence of one of the malware database update after July 24-25th.

The file is reported as infected for versions 1.1.2, 1.1.1 as well.

Is there any news?

I also have the same issue. The EXE is being flagged as malware by Bitdefender and quarantining the file.
