From the figure, you are not using nRF5_SDK_16.0.0\examples\dfu\secure_bootloader\pca10040_s132_ble_debug.

Can you try with that project to connect with Segger?

I can connect to nRF52832 devices with J-link RTT viewer after nRF52832 enter application code and nRF command line tool.

Hi,

Are you able to connect with another J-Link tool like commander/RTT viewer or use the nRF Command line tool?

Could you try another PC or cable?

Are you able to test with nRF DK? Does it also have the same issue?
