Hi,

This is possible. If you need to connect more than 20 devices, you can take a look at Bluetooth mesh which supports up to 32767 devices in a network, with a maximum network diameter of 126 hops.

Thanks again Amanda Hsieh, I have one more question, as I saw in the video "">www.youtube.com/watch softdevice can connect 20 devices. If I want to connect more than 20 devices, will it work like the schematic I drew?

Hi,

The Zephyr controller can support Central and Peripheral roles concurrently. Since it is not developed by Nordic, we don't verify all conditions. Please be aware that to support that amount of connections, you will need to have very long connection intervals to fit all the devices. You could consider Mesh as my colleague suggested. Because there is no QDID for the Zephyr controller in nRF Connect SDK, full certification will be needed to certify a finished product.
