Hi,

What about the scan parameters? What is the scan interval and scan window?

Can you try to set the scan interval equal to scan window and increase the advertising timeout?

In our case only one central device (iOS or android app) is scanning for one peripheral device (our nRF52833 device).

When the peripheral device is sending connectable advertisements, peripheral device does not scan for any packets (scan disabled for 1 min). Connectable advs are send every 20ms (8dbm tx power) for 1 minute.

Hi,

Collision can be expected when many devices are scanning for the same peripheral.

What scanning and advertising parameters are you using?

Yes, we are using custom boards and we have tuned the antenna.

Our configuration for TX RF power is 8dBM, and we got Conducted RF power as 8dbm and radiated RF power as ~1.5 to 2dbm

Also please note, our firmware is on freeRTOS based platform.
