There is a jungle of different SDK releases etc. that causes incompatibilities between project files and folders. I would strongly advice you do download the <a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF51_SDK/nRF51_SDK_v9.x.x/nRF51_SDK_9.0.0_2e23562.zip">.zip file</a> containing the SDK organized in folders (no installer, just unzip it to a folder of your choice).</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
