&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have added 1 mfd capacitor to the DEC 4 now its getting programmed and working when in debug mode once the SWIO and SWDCLK removed and power recycled the device is not working any idea why its happening ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
