In short, the "PIN codes" that you are referring to have nothing to do with the +CPIN command, which is for the SIM card. You can choose the PIN code or ownership code yourself when registering to nRF Cloud.

customer got sample, there is no sticker there. only SIP module.

I don't understand. Can't he just read the PIN off the DK? Is the sticker gone?

hi Hakon,

sorry i didn't make myself clear, the PIN CODE means below PIN CODE, not sim card pin code.

the question for this is that when customer want to try nrf cloud, they need to using IMEI and PIN code to download the CA, and now it is impossible to do this.

Not all SIM cards require PIN codes.

There is no support for reading out the PIN code of a SIM card. What makes you think this should be possible? The PIN code should come with the SIM card when you buy it, if not you should contact the operator.
