Find out Jlink-Configration can reset all user config. Right click jlink, then reset user config. Plug out / in again. Com port come back. Problem solved.

Segger firmware has CDC functionality that exports itself as an emulated COM port. Something on the segger chip on your DK went wrong. I recommend you to upgrade segger software. After that when you try to flash to the device, Segger will find that you chip has outdated firmware and will try to upgrage it. Most of the time this works and if this did not work, i recommend you to contact segger.

Hi Aryan, Can you share your com port driver name & hardware id? I can try to manually reinstall such driver.

Or is there any configration about uart? As I know uart come from segger firmware, so it'll depend on segger setting. As we see, reprogram and recover can't reset configrations to default.

your device seems operational, because the recover process did not complain. Which means that your device has no problem. I am not sure why it is not showing as com port.

most probably your device is in a bricked state. try to recover it using nrfjrpog using this command in cmd in windows.

nrfjprog --recover
