&lt;p&gt;Does this mean that the VDD rise time can be long (like seconds) without impact on the state of the HW inside the chip? (I&amp;#39;m concerned about HW in uncontrolled states).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the Product Specification for nRF52832 the supply rise time (0 V to 1.7 V) has to be at max. 60ms. So why is there no requirement for nRF9160?&lt;/p&gt;
