There should be a file in your application folder with the name "prj.conf". If there is no such .conf file you should probably create one.

I had a short look at this myself. Looks like there are some PDN connectivity issues. Can you show me what the prj.conf looks like?

The modem firmware written to the nRF9160 is mfw_nrf9160_1.3.2.zip.
NCS is nRF Connect SDK v2.0.0.

what modem firmware and NCS version are you running? Modem trace would be beneficial to further investigate this.
