Ah sorry. Try doing something like that: in keil you have "pack installer". go there -> on right side click nordic to filter only nrf devices -> on left side click examples tab and click copy on the example you want to use. later just try opening it as normal project... never tried that but I assume it is what You need.

i ahve changed the JTAG settings to SW mode but i request you to guide me in detail how to make the read only file in to re_write file

You should be able to change that setting despite of that read-only parameter.

the programs which i found in nordic examples all are read only so how can i edit them if you know please tell me ?

In keil, go to: "options for target..." -> "Debug" tab -> (right side) "use J-link/j-trace cortex" and click it's "settings" button -> "debug" tab -> set "port" to "SW"

in target window i did not found any options like that i found, operating system options, ARM compiler options only

can you please tell me in detail how to check that issue?

You are using nRF51-DK? Go to target options in keil and make sure that you use segger in SW mode instead of JTAG
